A modificator is for rubber mixtures on the basis of natural and synthetic rubbers. Utillized in tyre industry and in a production rubber-technical wares. Promotes firmness of vulcanization agents to the different type of deformations and durability of connection in the rubber-cord systems both in static and dynamic terms, considerably reduces the creep of vulcanization agents. The modificator RU-NPS contains the admixture of polymer on to the natural transmitter which inhibiting process of corrosion of brass coverage and promotes adhesion in the system rubber-brass steel cord and rubber-textile cord. The modifier of RUNPS is recommended for the use in compounding of rubbers for textile cords and steel cords in place of modifier of RU-NP in those concentrations. At entered modifier of RU-NPS in composition of framework rubbers the initial level of adhesion of rubbers is saved at the level of control which contains the modifier of RU-NP, but at 1300С in comparison from RU-NP the increase of durability of connection of rubber is marked with a Capron, amid and polyether cords. A test of modifier of RU-NPS is in composition of breaker rubbers, which contact with brass steel cord that at direct replacement of modifier of RU-NP stability of adhesion connection rises in the system rubber-brass cord in the conditions of influencing of NaCl and in a vaporize-air environment.
